Join Fernwood Publishing and Harsha Walia for a radical roundtable discussion of her book, BORDER AND RULE: Global Migration, Capitalism, and the Rise of Racist Nationalism (Fernwood Publishing/Haymarket Books, 2021).
Serious and relaxed, intimate and thoughtful, Fern Reads is Fernwood’s latest series for all your book-clubbing needs. Fern Reads hopes to create unintimidating intellectual space. We hope to have fun and challenge ourselves while still maintaining a grounded and generative space. All you need to do is show up!
The expectation is to come together to talk about a book everyone has read, at least in part or mostly.
This roundtable discussions will be hosted via Zoom and begin at 4:00 pm PST/7:00 pm EST. It will last for approximately 1 hour.
