It’s been a very exciting, eventful week for us, what with all this great news about Gloria Wesley’s Chasing Freedom. In case you missed out, here’s a recap. First, Chasing Freedom was listed on The Canadian Children’s Book Centre as one of the best books of 2012. And now the Chronicle Herald has just released an article with the book as the second most purchased book by Nova Scotia students in Grades 7 to 9.

Chasing Freedom came in second to mega-blockbuster buzzmachine The Hunger Games, and we’re also listed alongside incredible books like The Road and The Lord of the Flies. Pretty amazing company to be mentioned alongside.
It’s only Wednesday and we’ve got enough good news to last us for the rest of the month. Does that mean I can take the rest of the week off?
