In June 2015, Arsham Parsi, author of Exiled for Love and founder of the Iranian Railroad for Queer Refugees, was presented with a LogoTV Trailblazers Award at the awards gala in New York.

The award was given to Arsham for his tireless work in raising awareness about the horrific human rights abuses LGBTQ individuals face in Iran and for his work with the Iranian Railroad for Queer Refugees, an organization that works to get LGBTQ individuals safely out of Iran and into other countries.
Arsham was also featured on Huffington Post Live, where he spoke about his life and work.
