Halifax Launch of R Is for Reparations

Add to calendar

Everyone is welcome to attend the launch of this one-of-a-kind alphabet book suitable for all ages.

This book is drawn from the voices of the children who participated in the Book-in-a-Day event in which the young activists shared their hopes and dreams about the global demand for redress, compensation and restitution for the horrors of the Atlantic Slave Trade.

David Comissiong, Chairman Caribbean Pan-African Network (CPAN), will be in Halifax to speak at this event.

Books will be available for purchase.
