ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Aaron Saad is a writer and professor focusing on the politics of climate justice and the intersections of ideology and climate politics. He teaches at Humber College in Toronto and is a columnist for Ricochet Media. He holds a PhD in environmental studies from York University.
ABOUT THE SPEAKER
Lana Goldberg is the Ontario Climate Program Manager at Environmental Defence, campaigning to improve the province’s climate change policies, including advocating for a phase-out of fossil gas use. She is also a long-time grassroots environmental justice organizer and has done extensive solidarity work for front-line Indigenous communities.
