Everyone is welcome to attend the Book Launch of Continental Crucible: Big Business, Workers and Unions in the Transformation of North America (2nd edition, 2015).

There will be a panel discussion featuring: Bill Carroll, UVic Sociologist, writes about corporate power, global capitalism and progressive social movements. Carlos Flores, a Latin American by birth, a trade union international solidarity activist, survived 9/11/73. Ben Isitt, historian, legal scholar, author, also is a city councilor and regional director in Victoria. Richard Roman, co-author of Continental Crucible and many articles on workers, unions and the Mexican regime.
